7th Annual First Night Trail Walk

Join the Friends of Holliston Trails for our 7th Annual First Night Trail Walk

Chat with neighbors, enjoy the warmth of fire pits, snack on S’mores and hot dogs, and sip hot chocolate along the trail. Phipps Tunnel will be lit with lanterns, Cross Street will toast with bubbles, and we’ll be grooving to some dance-worthy tunes in Blair Square. This is a fun family event for all ages!

Every year we try to introduce new features and here’s a sneak peak at what we have in store this year:

The Unlikely Strummers will be live along the trail. This local, community group of musicians is part of the emerging ukulele trend right now. Their earnings go back into the purchase of ukuleles for public libraries and other organizations. We’re delighted to welcome them to Holliston!
– Cryptic FireCat will dazzle walkers with an LED juggling act along the trail.
– AND last, but not least, our fire pit contest to determine who will host the most fabulous fire pit this year is back! Anonymous judges will walk the trail, looking out for fire pits creating unique experiences along the trail. Winner receives a gift certificate to Bazel’s.

This is a FREE community event, though donations are welcome. All funds raised will go toward safety improvements for the trail.
